FOR DEPARTING PASSENGERS
Dear Passengers!
Passenger check-in for flights typically begins 2 hours before departure and closes 40 minutes prior to departure, unless otherwise specified by your airline.
For your personal safety, all passengers and their baggage must pass through security screening checkpoints upon entering the terminal. These checkpoints are equipped with X-ray scanners, as well as handheld and walk-through metal detectors. Aviation security personnel conduct screening of departing passengers, while public order is maintained by officers of the local Ministry of Internal Affairs department.
Due to additional security measures implemented to ensure the safety of passengers and crew, we kindly ask you to arrive at the airport well in advance.
Separate check-in counters are available for business and economy class passengers. Business class travelers may also enjoy access to premium comfort lounges.
For details regarding check-in and baggage procedures, please contact your airline directly.
At check-in, you must present your ticket and passport. If you have an electronic ticket, only your passport is required. Baggage can only be checked in your presence. Upon completion of check-in and baggage drop-off, you will receive your boarding pass and baggage tags.
If your baggage exceeds the permitted weight allowance, you will be required to pay an excess baggage fee. Please confirm baggage allowances and regulations with your carrier in advance.
After check-in, proceed to the departure waiting area.
When boarding is announced, please go to the gate indicated on your boarding pass.
Passengers requiring special assistance will be given priority boarding.
Have a pleasant flight!
