TRANSFER BETWEEN FLIGHTS

When planning flights with connections, please note that the minimum connection time between flights must be at least 50 minutes.

To avoid baggage-related issues, we recommend checking your luggage through from your original departure point to Ulyanovsk International Airport (Baratayevka). In this case, you will need to collect your baggage upon arrival and re-check it when registering for your onward flight.

Please clarify specific transfer rules in advance with your airline.

In the event of unforeseen delays, disruptions, or flight cancellations due to technical, meteorological, or other reasons, passengers are entitled to the following services: Access to the Mother and Child Room for passengers traveling with children under the age of 7.

Delay of more than 2 hours:

• Refreshments
• Access to telephone services

Delay of more than 4 hours:

• Hot meals (provided every 6 hours during daytime and every 8 hours at night)

Delay of more than 8 hours:

• Hotel accommodation
• Baggage storage services
• All the above services are provided free of charge

Additional assistance offered by airlines in case of missed connections:

• Rebooking onto alternative flights (subject to seat availability)
• Hotel accommodation (subject to room availability)
