The Volga Transport Prosecutor’s Office has launched a new social online initiative titled “Free Legal Assistance.” The project aims to provide prompt, free legal support to citizens and businesses and to fulfill the prosecutor’s office’s human rights protection mandate.

The website is designed to help visitors understand and resolve any issues related to their legal status in the transport sector, including compliance with the law and the protection of citizens’ rights in the context of railway, air, and maritime transport, as well as customs regulations particularly when crossing the customs border, moving goods across it, or interacting with customs authorities, internal affairs agencies, and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation operating within the Volga Transport Region.
