MOTHER AND CHILD ROOM

For the convenience and comfort of passengers, a Mother and Child Room is located on the first floor of the terminal building at Ulyanovsk-Baratayevka Airport.

The Mother and Child Room is intended for passengers traveling with children under the age of 7, children with disabilities under the age of 14, and women in the second half of pregnancy, providing them with a comfortable space for short-term stays while awaiting their flight.

Priority access to the Mother and Child Room is given to passengers with infants, passengers accompanied by two or more children, and children with disabilities under the age of 14.

Children of preschool age and children with disabilities under 14 must be accompanied by one adult.

The Mother and Child Room includes:

• A play area equipped with toys, children’s tables and chairs, soft furniture, and a TV
• A sleeping area with baby cots and a changing table
• A dedicated restroom
• Facilities for storing and warming baby food

Passengers with children may enter the Mother and Child Room only after an examination of both the child and the accompanying adult by the on-duty medical staff at the airport’s medical station. Admission requires a clearance certificate issued by the Mother and Child Room duty personnel. The medical station is located on the first floor of the terminal building, in the left wing. Children and accompanying adults showing signs of acute or infectious illnesses are not permitted to enter the Mother and Child Room and will be referred to appropriate medical facilities for treatment.

Mother and Child Room Usage Rules:

• Parents are responsible for providing their children’s meals.
• The accompanying adult must not leave the child unattended.
• Consumption of alcoholic beverages and being under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Passengers may enter the room only with carry-on luggage; checked baggage must be stored in the paid left-luggage facility.
• Adults without young children are not permitted to use the room.
• Passengers with pets are not allowed in the room.
• Use of the Mother and Child Room is free of charge.

Please be informed that, to ensure a comfortable experience for pregnant passengers at Ulyanovsk (Baratayevka) Airport, all pre-flight and post-flight procedures for this category of passengers are provided on a priority basis, without waiting in line.
